Rates

Hourly Rates:  Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments.  All work performed will be invoiced on the last day of the month or at the end of the project with payment due upon receipt of invoice.  Invoices must be paid in full in order for additional work to continue.  Invoices will be sent via email and are payable via check or PayPal (PayPal also accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).  Accounts not paid within 15 days of the date of the invoice are subject to a $25.00 late fee.  The Client understands and agrees that hourly rates are subject to change.  Any increase would be discussed with Client before any additional work is performed.

Monthly Retainer:  A monthly retainer can be paid in advance for work to be performed for an agreed upon set amount of hours of service in a one month period.  The monthly retainer will be charged monthly on the 1st of every month.  Invoices must be paid in full in order for work to continue.  Invoices will be sent via email and are payable via check or PayPal (PayPal also accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).  Accounts not paid within 15 days of the date of the invoice are subject to a $25.00 late fee.  The Client understands and agrees that monthly retainer rates are subject to change.  Any increase would be discussed with Client before any additional work is performed.

Additional Fees:  Some Client projects may accrue extra fees for items such as large print jobs, stamps, envelopes, overnight delivery fees (Federal Express, UPS, US Mail two day delivery, etc.), legal messenger or courier costs, long-distance charges (outside the US), travel time and expenses, mileage, unique software, and any other office supplies specific to the Client’s needs.  Clients will be advised of all additional fees outside of the contracted rate and receipts will be provided with invoice.

Rush Jobs:  Rush jobs are defined as projects requiring emergency assistance or in need of an unusually quick turnaround and may be subject to an additional fee.  If Client requests this type of work, the additional fees and charges will be discussed and agreed to in writing by both parties before any rush jobs will begin.
